Terrible service! We got back to the room from the ER waiting room in about 20 minutes and then they told us it would be a three to four hour wait to see the doctor. The RN that seen us was more helpful than the doctor. She seemed more caring and wanted to do more for the pain than the doctor did. Dr. Burgess could not have been less helpful. His reply to the medical concern was well this isn t my area of expertise and I don t know what I can really do for you . The nurse had an array of different options that could be done to help and Dr. Burgess would not do anything to help. After being there for five hours with no one helping, we walked out. We didn t get any medication and just left in pain. This is the third time we have visited Genesys and they have been terrible each time. Highly disappointed.
