I have worked with Modern Talent as a "brand ambassador" for more than a year, inviting customers at local liquor stores to experience new wines, spirits and more. The Modern Talent staff helps make the work interesting, professional and fun. The training was well presented, expectations are clear and staff is always available to answer questions and clarify details. Signing up on line to do a tasting is easy. I appreciate the quick e-mail confirmations of my selections and the timely reminders of upcoming jobs which include clear details as to site, products, expectations for how to do the tasting and information about the products. If there's an occasional glitch in the schedule or availability of product at a site, the Modern Talent staff is always available for questions and clarification of details. I have been encouraged by their feedback on my performance and appreciate their support when needed.
