The pear water ice had almost no flavor and had large ice chunks in it. However, the custard was great and the service was good.

Real easy to get there from street road to Richelieu to Rock Hill Dr make a left at the first light bristol road make a right it's at the bottom of the road on the left. If you take route 1 to neshimity stay on right side after you turn move over to left side go 2 lights make a left it's at the bottom of the hill 2 light on the left. I got 3 pretzels a ice cream cone and a Quart of chocolate water ice. Plenty of parking they also have a Dunkin Donuts there .They accept credit cards the all have sugar free water ice made with splenda

Great group of people who work here. They always have a kind smile to give right along with delicious cold treats. Great place to end your day

The soft serve is so creamy.and also for me cherry water ice there is good.

I went to the establishment by neshaminy mall on September 7th 2020 at around 7:30pm. I ordered 3 large gelati. The girl at the counter took 3 cups and went to fill the first layer of custard. While doing so she dropped one of the cups on the floor. She looked back at me and assumed I didn't see and wiped the cup on her shirt and continued to fill it. I immediately left. It would have taken 5 steps to get another cup. This is the most basic standard of food saftey. If I hadn't noticed I would have been served from a cup that fell on the floor. I think that especially now during the pandemic food saftey is paramount and this establishment does not follow those standards. I urge you to not go to this Rita's.

It is an easy location to get to quick lines ample parking. The staff is always friendly and Rita s is always consistent in their flavorful selection.

There misto shakes are so good but don't get there pretzels, there nasty, but it's fun to bring your dogs with you so then you can get them a doggy icecream

The custard is amazing according to my daughter, the Georgia peach water ice tastes great too!

Cherry is my favorite. Prices are high but it's worth it. I love the chunks of cherry. It's something you can't duplicate at home. I will always stop at Rita's a few times a year. My favorite water ice.

I love me some Rita s classic cherry Gelati with vanilla custard.

This humble wuder ice shoppe has 600+ locations and is headquartered in my hometown of Bensalem, PA. Rita s slings some fantastic concoctions but sometimes I wish their menus was a bit more expansive.

Make sure you grab extra paper towels, because no doubt you ll be spilling your gelati on the ride home!

I was there around 4:20-4:30pm today.
There were two workers named Allison and Lexy and they were so awesome- they were super nice during these hard times.
They both deserve a raise!
Really can t say enough good things about these two and their extreme kindness!

Long lines...the cherry water ice had very little pieces of cherry

Love it & with a pretzel mustard my go to on a sunny Saturday or Sunday summer day actually any day for best variety of treats smiling servers love it all

Came here after an amazing movie and the employee was so rude to me and my mother. Very impatient, and had a bad attitude. It made us change our perception of this branch.

Great place to get your fix of water ice and custards. Sometimes the selection here is a bit less than other Rita's establishments in the area.

This place is a great place to go for good water ice. They have a good variety of flavors and they offer gelato and custard icecream.

Waterice is great my 2 yr old grandson just sit n eat n hangout his mom enjoys her me time when i take him for the afternoon

The young kids that work there are always so sweet and nice
