Extremely disappointed with the service received from Bob Burns Blinds. After ordering our blinds 7 weeks ago and being told they would take 20 working days, we have just received a phone call informing us that the blinds have all been made the wrong size. Cannot express enough how frustrating and unacceptable this is. We went with this company to support local business but if we knew this was what we would be dealing with then we would have gone elsewhere.
