Very prompt response time to correct our "no hot water" issue. Edgar and Dan were methodical and persistent in taking the time to troubleshoot the problem. Edgar called a plumber on staff to verify the solution and replaced the faulty part (which was under warranty, hooray!). We have been customers of Falmouth Energy since 1984 (it was "Falmouth Oil back then) and have always been pleased with their service and staff!
