As soon as Armstrong steel received my down payment their customer service disappeared to the point I lost all faith in them to actually send me a building after I paid the full amount. I was told by a manager there that one of the workers only responds well to emails and not phone messages, another employee was not good at getting back to recorded messages...then I had a female call me and ask me why I had not contacted her to resolve my problems. I felt like they needed to provide a buyers guide on how and we go to take with in the purchase agreement. I'm a disabled and this company took advantage of me and are refusing to refund my deposit. Avoid this company like the plague.
