Very RUDE customer service!!!! very RUDE technicians!!!

My dryer was not heating so i called to get a technician to come and see it. i was trying to explain to the customer service person that i have 5 months baby and i do laundry every other day just to give me a closer appointment.. he started laughing and telling me oh sir you do not understand i cant do that. its either you take this appointment of no.
then when they sent a tech to look at it i told him what i think the issue is because we encountered this previously. he would not even look at me or even response they he started threatening me that he will put a note to charge me for this service however, the unit still under warranty. iI SAW BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOT LIKE THIS. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER.
