Awful customer service experience so far, maybe this will actually get a response. Bought the M2 trainer last Tuesday which was sent out the same day (got a call from someone at Saris to confirm my address) which arrived with a faulty yellow knob (used to tighten the wheel to the trainer)! The knob did not stop as it was supposed to at the right tension and bent/pulled the L bar out of the trainer! After doing a little research MULTIPLE people have had the exact same issue (amazon reviews) with this same trainer. Almost a week after purchasing (very speedy invoicing and shipping) and multiple emails/calls there has been ZERO communication from the company other than a woman I spoke to who couldn t help me for some reason and wouldn t pass the message along to the correct department. You would think, especially in times like this, a company would want to do everything possible to retain customers and protect its brand. Bad customer service (so far) and a really faulty product. I wouldn t recommend buying from them. Hopefully this gets a response.
