I would actually give this hotel NO Stars. Very disrespectful staff. I do not recommend. Hope No ONE goes through the same experience. Stayed in a two bed room suite for the weekend. Due to the fact that a couple of friends and I were attending a festival. When first arriving around four pm on Saturday to the suite, right away we found left over food left in the fridge, no big deal assuming that it was never picked up my room service we called them to pick it up.As time went on we then left to the festival around 6 we did not arrive back from the festival until around almost four in the morning. By that time my friends and I were drained ready for bed. Once we lay on the bed we feel wetness right away we all jump out of the bed, in disgust and confusion as to why the bed was wet. Unsure of the wetness from the bed we automatically gross out assuming it could be urine or someones body fluids. We were gone most of the day for the festival so we were very confused as to why the bed was wet. We remove the sheets and realize the comforter of the bed is wet as well, We then call room service right away and ask for new sheets so that we can at least lay on the fold out couch or possibly a new room overall. We were then told by a staff member from the front desk that they were not going to bring new sheets but for us to pick up sheets ourselves, this staff member then accused us right for the wetness, instead of being considerate of the situation. We literally had to Demand new sheets, I could not believe it! When the staff came by the room to finally bring the sheets I assume she hated her job due to the fact that she was being bothered at 5 am but was very unprofessional with handling the situation right away she assumed we had illegal substances and threaten to call the cops for no apparent reason. Avoided the whole situation about the sheets. We were all flabbergasted that this staff member had the Audacity to accuse us out of no where. At this point I was Livid ! Felt discriminated for being young and blamed something so we had no control over and for being falsely accused for having substances out of no where. In conclusion overall I believe the room was never properly cleaned, in the first place which would explain why we had found left over food in the fridge when we first arrived, and I'm pretty positive room service never changed the sheets just more than likely made the bed because because sure they would have felt how wet the bed was the same way we found it. SUPER SUPER gross !
