We recently had to submit a claim for our dog and had no issues with approval and processing to receive reimbursement check. It did take a little time and there was a bit of delay in communication but overall very happy with our experience! It went nice and smooth/we didn't have any hiccups. Thanks, PetFirst Pet Insurance!
