I visited this dealership twice for two separate vehicles and two completely separate experiences. The first was amazing and I felt respected and helped with my decision on unfortunately not being able to buy the vehicle I wanted for financial aspects. The second I thought would be just as great but unfortunately was completely different. I tried to handle business over the phone as much as possible in handling the finance aspect, so it wasn't a wasted trip to drive an hour and a half from where I live to the dealership. Plus put added miles on my vehicle I wanted to trade. When I arrived I already felt I was wasting the salesman Josh's time. Then it got worse. We went to take the vehicle for a test drive. When we stepped out to get into the vehicle there was no walk around, explaination of the vehicle, and this was a completely different model vehicle then my first trip. Then when in the vehicle again no description or sales pitch whatsoever, complete silence. Then as we pull out no direction on where to go. As we drive complete silence until we had to turn each time. My boyfriend seen a light come on in the vehicle and said "what is that" no reply because our salesman was too busy on his phone. We get back to the dealership and still no information about the vehicle. We went inside and still felt like we were taking up their time. After debating and discussing financing and being told we wouldn't be approved without them even running the numbers through a lender we decided to leave. I could have handled this experience with the let down of not getting the vehicle due to financial reasons but not how I was treated. If you aren't there to be an easy sign and buy you aren't worth their time and they make sure to make you feel that way. And I do not want a reply to call and speak with the used car manager Kyle as he didn't even have the courtesy to come speak with us while we were there. Needless to say when we are financially able we will not be buying a vehicle from this dealership.
