Purchased patio doors 10 ish years ago, about 3 years tago he seals had gone on the windows, today you can barely see out of them re the broken seals. Went into the store over 5 weeks ago and spoke with Jim the owner and asked about getting new windows and have the hardware replaced, he asked for pictures. I sent 6pictures the same day / no call back. Left a message. No call , another message no call. Spoke with his assistant / sent more pictures, still didn t get a call back. Called him again spoke with him for the 4th time he said he call back. Clearly he doesn t want my after tax dollars and I all I wanted was new windows and hardware terrible way to treat a passed customer. All this was over about 5 weeks, strange way to run a business, in retrospect I would have preferred for him to be straight up with me and say he couldn t help me rather than me waste all my time and energy with him.
When we bought the doors originally we walked and bought ones on display in and out in 20 minutes. They where installed within a couple of weeks of purchase and we have always liked the doors I Truly have no clue why he would treat me so disrespectfully but I can t support a company that treats customers this way.
