Dont be fooled. Just because this is a certified pre owned dealership with the Toyota name does not mean the sales associate wont leave you high and dry after you have made the purchase.

Gave it 3 stars because I love my car, however, the customer service has not been up to standard. I was promised certain things but as soon as I left the lot, it was hard to communicate with them (still havent gotten them). I still havent even received my plates lol
