I stayed at this property spending a nightmare holiday. Poor quality food, frozen fish, unpleasant taste ... so imaginable .. Inexistent evening entertainment and entertainment, dirty pool that the lifeguard chlorinated during guests' bathing. My room dislocated in open country surrounded by pseudo gardens full of garbage and butchers. The linen did not smell and did not appear to be pure white. Unpleasant smells and poor cleanliness. Furniture to be replaced because degraded and air conditioner not working despite the problem was exposed immediately , the mattress had yellow haloes which I presume were urine. The discomfort that made me sleepless nights is given by the invasion of flies and mosquitoes. This presented itself in the external areas of the entire structure as in the pool, preventing people from spending their days peacefully. having exposed the problems, firstly, the personnel ignored what was declared and succeeded and, at the time of the balance, he showed attitudes of indifference, rudeness and superiority not coming to meet in any way. I asked several times to speak with the person in charge but repeated were excuses for this meeting not to happen. I will strongly recommend anyone to spend a stay in this structure.
