Reserved a table several months in advance for a post-theatre family meal, with our group including children and granparents. Spent a long time trying to find someone to direct us to our table and was eventually directed to a group of management drinking at the bar. Eventually taken to the table which was dirty (although cleaned 5 minutes later), and right beside a very cold food service area. We were provided with one menu between 5 and no instruction that food needed to be ordered from the bar. Promptly left the pub and found a table at a warm wetherspoons nearby!
