Very poor customer service skills I usually dont bother giving bad feedback but when you have to pay upfront for a service and the whole process is unorganised and more of a hastle than it was worth something has to be said to hopefully help others in making a decision weather or not to go with St Marys Bob Burns Blinds
I will say that the installer we had was good to deal with but the end product we received wasnt worth what we paid
In speaking with the Store Manager I felt like I was getting no where in making it known that we were dissatisfied with the Product, Quality and the whole process considering the installer had to come out 5 times before the whole installation was complete
Save your money and go else where!!!
