Most unprofessional set up I have ever experienced...

Most unprofessional set up I have ever experienced. Ordered a screen door and paid deposit and was told lead time was 3-4 weeks. Got a text message to say all was on track 2 weeks in and then nothing until week 4 when I chased. They then called to say that they'd lost my order and would rebuild but be ready by following week. Morning of planned install (already waiting at house for them) they call to say it's not ready. Terrible service, terrible communication. Would recommend that everyone steers clear!
