First of all i want to apologize for this long com...

First of all i want to apologize for this long comment. Despite all the good reviews people are writing, stay away from this dealer(at least the mazda parts department). First of all the mazda repair service guys are OK but the manager and the sale person at the parts department are the culprit from being rude, ignorant, insulting and not having a clue in what they are doing after ordering the wrong part twice even after they looked at the piece itself on the car and on the diaphragm and list with parts, even until this day after more then a week they did not refund my money for their own mistake. I called back several times and they told me first time that they did refund my money and they apologize but the refund might take up to 2 days and the parts department manager has left the dealer, the second time I called after three days I was greeted with the same attitude and story and told me that they see the problem and they apologize but the manager is off duty and he will be in the next day. So I see they keep playing this game of cat and mouse until I stop asking for my money?(maybe that's what they think). I'll call and resolve this problem with the bank and make sure to report them to the consumer service and Mazda Headquarters and I never want to deal or hear from this scumbags again.
