I was extremely pleased with my experiences using U.S. Waterproofing. First off, they were able to schedule a consult more than a month sooner than the other companies we contacted. Bob Chapman came to my home to assess our problem and I was very impressed by how detailed oriented he was. Due to the complexity of my issue, he spent a lot of time at determining the underlying problem towards coming up with a proposed solution. He even gave me several recommendations of things I can do on my own to avoid a few costly steps. He immediately gained my trust (which I didn't initially have due to previous experiences with other companies) even before an estimate was provided. Turns out, the estimate was very reasonable (it was actually much less than I had anticipated...can't remember the last time that happened). The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks for all your help in solving the large headache my family has been dealing with since moving into our new home. I can't recommend this company enough!
