If it wasn't for how great the girl in the back took care of my son and I, we wouldn't have returned because of the women in the front office. They were gossiping, talking about medical staff, and undermining medical staff advice. I was quite appalled by the lack of professionalism, they had to know patients could hear them as well as we did. Medical staff were amazing though, I suppose that is what really matters.
