Ralph Noel at Jim Ellis was a great person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about not only the specific car and model I wanted and was looking at but all the models at the Buick GMC dealership. He was easy to talk to and understood almost immediately my needs and wants as well as my concerns. The car buying process, that I so dreaded doing, was made very easy. I love my new GMC Acadia and the Jim Ellis dealership!
