Terrible. Reduced my payment, didnt notify me that...

Terrible. Reduced my payment, didnt notify me that a debt was accruing so I could reinstate higher payment, then sent account to debt collectors! Complaint submitted to Ofgem, seems I am not alone. AVOID.
