Staff are nice but the place is too big and too difficult to get around. Is is designed to make it really difficult to get out to town etc so you purchase evrything there. Beach is not swimable. Sales harrassment is pretty bad. Id rather pay for a all inclusive, nice beach and close to town resort. It will be cheaper!
