I waited to post this review. After reading the multiple reviews online I was hesitant to visit this location. I had a back-up plan in place if my beginning or first experience was any less than satisfactory. Alex Washington was very pleasant and personable. There was no pushing or fast sales talk. She was patient with questions and negotiations. She was very down to earth. I was able to bring whoever I desired to look at the car I was interested in purchasing. I was there, to my surprise, less time than I anticipated. I expected if I did decide to go through with the purchase to be there many hours. Zack was very personable and accommodating with the finance proportion. All the paperwork was explained. He answered any questions we had. I read over everything with a fine-tooth comb. It was as explained and expected. I am very satisfied with my experience at this location. Alex and Zack were both very courteous and efficent with taking care of what we needed. Thank you for the awesome experience!
