My first interactions with Jim Ellis were not good...

My first interactions with Jim Ellis were not good, to be honest. But it can all be summed up to miscommunication. I don't always perform at my own standards, either, and I drop the ball plenty of times - we're all human. Once the GM, Mark, found out about my experience, he took time personally to reach out to me and began communicating with me regularly along with the sales team in an effort to answer questions I had and to find the truck that I wanted as the price point I wanted, not to mention working with me on my trade. Alan kept me up to date on the truck I was considering, even sending me additional information and photos. So, I recommend them - AND they're trade offer was the best I've received by about $500. In the end, I went with another dealer simply because they had a particular truck that I wanted. But I wouldn't rule Jim Ellis out in the future.
