Every time I go it gets worse and worse. Apparently no manager has a boss, they work for the owner but you can t talk to him. Sent my son to purchase a part, but I wanted the information first, he was told and I quote I DON T KNOW and then refused to talk to my son anymore. I called trying to get the manager to complain about the customer service but apparently no one is in charge of that area and again, no one has a boss or general manager. I finally spoke to someone who said they would try to help, but preferred giving excuses for the person and tried to say he didn t believe either of us because no one ever tells the truth, but offended as I got increasly frustrated but he s not in charge of service and can t really help anyway (his quote)! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER DODGE CHRYSLER OR JEEP until they get an actual general manager to customer issues.
