They promised $150 credit at the time of joining b...

They promised $150 credit at the time of joining but we were invoiced without the credit. So I called up the contact centre to inform about the absence of credit in the invoice. Pulse told me that credit will be adjusted at the time of direct debiting my bank account. And to my shock they debited my bank account without giving me the credit. So again I d to call Pulse. Then I was told the credit amount will be refunded to my bank account the next day. The next day I checked and it was not done. So I had to call them again. This time to my utter shock Pulse tells me that they do not do refund, they can only credit to the Power account. Those who are thinking of switching to Pulse PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. THEY ARE OUT TO RIP NEW CUSTOMERS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
