I have used OMG National On-Hold messages for over a decade and OMG has never dropped the ball. For example, occasionally there is a pronunciation error on the production and, regardless of the magnitude, OMG redoes the production immediately. I then joined OMG's Digital Marketing program and have been extremely happy. Similar to the ON-Hold program, our rep Nicole Storey, makes sure our program is running smoothly and calls me periodically to discuss issues and give me production reminders. I am totally satisfied. What a NIGHTMARE. Quality of the work is subpar, and many of the services the contract called for were NEVER delivered. Canceled services, yet they billed our credit card for another 6 months after the contract was canceled. Numerous calls and emails neither returned. Customer service is beyond poor!

Worked with the OMG gang for several years now. I find that their service has improved each month and is really excellent. The Partner Program has added new features seemingly every month and the last big thing added was the Review Stream system, now fully integrated with the website and helps solicit reviews. Can I do 0 stars? I thought the product was too expensive for me. The pushy sales man, Jay Peirce, wouldn't take no for an answer. He finally implied that I was unprofessional and hung up. If that is how they treat potential customers, I wouldn't want to see how they act once they have your money.

Your looking for a company that will help you grow, to increase sells, and to make you look good online. This is not the company. We signed up only to find that they also was promoting our competitors also in the same area. Conflict of interest. Would not use again - ever.

I am very pleased with the assistance I have received from OMG and Lauren in particular. With the social media calendar allowing me to schedule post it has given me much more control and consistency. The listing service is critical for a family owned CBD business. If you potential customers can t find you it won t be long before you won t be there. Lauren has done a wonderful job of answering my questions/concerns and does so in a timely manner. I have noticed an increase in traffic already but look to see the results after 3 months.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, I feel it is a waste of my time. However, I feel other hardworking small business owners deserve to have a heads up. This company lied on multiple occasions to my staff and finally made their way on to a phone call with me. Mr. Pierce indicated I responded to an email stating I was interested in their services. Mr. Pierce stated he sent me another email this last week. When asked what email he sent this email to, Mr. Pierce got defensive and stated; he is in charge of 97 employees and doesn't know what email it was sent to or who sent it. I indicated I was not interested, politely, from the onset of our conversation. Mr. Pierce pushed back and told me how horrible my online presence was. After stating I was not interested, at least three more times Mr. Pierce indicated he would go help my competitor out and make sure they were getting my business. He had no knowledge of my web address, my email, and yet he still gave data about my website and how bad it was. This is simply a scam to get money from small business owners.

I'm very pleased with the service I get from OMG National. Nicole keeps me up to date on a regular basis, and always has good suggestions.

I've been with OMG over 3 years and I have been satisfied with all of their services. My confidence in the company was extremely elevated when Alexia Armbrister became my account manager. Alexia always returns my calls and is highly proficient and knowledgeable in her field. She makes you feel like you're the only customer she has. She gets right on any problem you bring to her attention and it gets solved immediately and if it can't be done right away she'll give you a timeline. She's pleasant, smart and an asset. OMG has done itself well by employing her.

I signed up with omg national in May 2016 and they gave me lots of hope in doing great work for me but obviously it was empty promises. I had my website reformated from html to word press and they told me it would be about 2 to 3 weeks. What a big lie that turned out to be, it took them over 4 months to complete. I did not find the service to be adequate because i did not see much work done and i could never get in touch with anyone so i decided to cancel the end of August and move on. I told Kevin i did not want to continue with the SEO service because i did not see any progress and was not impressed by their speed of working. I told them not to charge my credit card anymore, 2 days later i saw a charge $399 and i ask kevin why did they charge me and he told me i could not cancel. I told kevin i would dispute this charge with the bank if they did not reverse the charge. I had to dispute this with bank of america and they put a block on the card against omg national. couple of months goes by and i see another charge $399 on my credit card from this company omg national. I am still fighting this omg national company trying to get my money back. omg said they would mail me a check and i have not recieved anything in 2 weeks. I call again and tell them i never recieved any check from them and now they said they would send another check out. Here it is February 2017 and i still dont have my money back from omg national. I ask them if i could drive to plantation which is only 15 minutes from where i live to pick up the check and they told me no. I am so sick of the games this company has played with me. I have talked with my bank over and over about this and Bank of America is telling my to file a police report and take them to small claims court and sue them over this mess. I have had nothing but headaches from this company. Be smart and stay away from these scammers.

I signed up with this company because of the salesperson, Mattie. I had recently fired a different marketing firm after quite some time, due to lack of production. During our conversation, Mattie mentioned that she had previously worked for the company I had fired and agreed that they were awful. She told me that OMG National was nothing like the other company and reassured me of this several times. I finally believed her and signed on with OMG National. We agreed to spend my entire marketing budget on Bing instead of Google, since the Google market is so over-crowded. I was then assigned an account manager, and that s when things took a turn for the worse. All of my marketing budget had gone into Google marketing and not a single penny was utilized for Bing. I began contacting the company and nobody returned my calls. I even reached out to Mattie again and have not heard back from her to this day. After a week or two of not receiving any return phones calls, I received an email asking what I wanted to be done, and what they were going to do . At this point, it was too late. I told them to cancel my account and refund my money (which has never happened). I was flat-out misled, lied to, ignored, and robbed. DO NOT trust this company, they will promise you the world and give you nothing!

This company deserves 0 stars, and should never be used for marketing or any other services. Please be careful with them, they say one thing and then do something else. If you ask to cancel services you will have to BEG them to release the website. Got a invoice from them about 8 months after we asked to terminate ALL services from OMG. Little did we know they never did that. Ownership was fi nally release after constant back and forth, when it should have been completely avoided once we said we wanted to cease & desist all ties with OMG 8months ago. Their Manager Sonia was extremely difficult and completely unprofessional. She refused to listen and wanted to make sure that her point of view was stated completely neglecting the customer needs. We tried to explain that when we asked to cancel all services there should be no other ties, but somehow we had to go back and forth finally having to write a request to release the site. BE AWARE. Worst service ever and complete waste of money.

Alyssa Robinson and the team at OMG National have a been a great asset in our marketing strategy at Jack Levine PA. They are constantly in touch and we enjoy working with them.

I won't say it was the worst experience, but it was pretty atrocious. We were implementing a bootstrap startup and wanted to do a crawl, walk, run ramp up campaign. Start with a small budget to get started and ramp up as we gained traction and filled the funnel. The people at OMG were happy to take our money but didn't deliver any results worth talking about. We had exactly 0% ROI on the campaign they ran for us. They didn't seem to want to put any real effort into the ad development. The ads they created were just basic font over a picture. It was piss poor to say the least. Literally, the least effort possible. The campaign did get impressions and some calls, but none that were for what we actually did. I was in constant contact with OMG and provided feedback immediately on any touches we received in the hopes of helping them fine tune the ad delivery to our target demo. It didn't help. They were not responsive in delivering contact info for the form submissions that did come through. The earliest I would receive info would be at the end of the following business day. Much too late for an effective call back timeline. The latest was 6 days after the form was submitted. When I brought this up, I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Ultimately, they just wanted more money. I was told repeatedly that we weren't getting results because we weren't spending enough. I would never throw good money after bad. Delivering results is what gets a company to spend more money and grow a campaign. They didn't deliver and thus got no more money. Poor service, poor execution, 0 results. Terrible company, terrible experience. Again, 0% ROI and were asking for more money. Good luck if you choose to use them.

We met these guys at the Tennessee tow show back in sept 2018. We decided to take a leap of faith and go with them. We have been very please with them and there professionalism. I would highly recommend them and will continue using them.
