Good luck getting anyone on the phone to help with...

Good luck getting anyone on the phone to help with anything. I literally left my phone sitting on my nightstand ON HOLD from 11AM to 4PM yesterday!!! Today I'm back at it. Pretty shameful of RI DHS to just ignored people in need.
