I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation to the executive of Gem Windows for a most pleasant experience with your staff. Beginning with Elinor who helped me choose the right windows for my style of home. I find making final decisions for long term purchases somewhat stressful and Nora s knowledge and expertise helped me greatly. Al and Paul who came to my home to install the windows were not only professional but friendly and took, I believe, great pride in their work. The results were more than satisfactory and acceptable.
