Terrible service! Misleading and dishonest!

Terrible service! Misleading and dishonest!
Booked through GROUPON 2 days ago and yesterday was denied access to the water park.

Apparantely, they don't accept Groupon tickets, despite the fact that it states on the tickets that they're valid on any day. Americana stuff said we will be able to use in the future, but they don't know when. However, only if we book a room, we can use the water park!!!
Left multiple messages for the manager who never called back.
Very dishonest and disheartening for the kids. Why sell water park tickets which cannot be redeemed.

Also, capacity of ppl in the park is 100, so be prepared to wait in long lines to get into the water park
