The staffs were not friendly and looks like irritated. They didn't accommodate us because we chose to have haircut only for our dog. The staff said that there's no groomers available but we were the only costumer that time and they told us to wait for 2 hours for our turn. Definitely wouldn't recommend this pet grooming shop.
