Their iced coffee is abysmal. Also their giant sky zapper caused my aunt to drive her escort through a Lake Tahoe ski lodge lobby. She claims she fell asleep at the wheel but i saw the ionosphere all boiled up above her in a vision just hours earlier that very same day!
