U.S. Waterproofing is an excellent company to do business with. They are thorough, efficient, have excellent work crews, superb customer service, and terrific communication throughout a project.

We contracted with them to replace one of our basement windows with an egress window. The quality of the window itself, the liner for the well on the outside of the house, and the cover for the well is excellent. The final installation looks very good. The work crew made very clean cuts in the foundation wall to accommodate the large window, and the caulking around the window is perfect. They filled the bottom of the well with a solid layer of gravel, and installed a cool cap on the existing drain pipe from the old well. So, five stars for the workmanship and the end product.

But we were most impressed with their follow-up service. We had a question regarding the drain at the bottom of the enlarged window well. USWP sent someone out to inspect it a few days after we called them, and the inspector decided that it would be a good idea to improve the drain. At their cost!!! No arguments or finger pointing. A week later, a crew returned to the house to work on the drain. It was a difficult job due to the tight space constraints in the now-finished well. But the crew did an excellent job and were unbelievably neat about it. And super-friendly despite the hard work. So, another five starts for customer support.

So, we are very pleased with the original work and its appearance, with USWP's commitment to customer satisfaction and their follow-up on that question we had. It is rare to find a service oriented company that checks off all the boxes so well. If in the future, we need help with a project that is in their wheel-house, they will be our first and only choice.
