Steve Garrott was not only proactive in taking care of things, but had very good advice. His patients was much appreciated and never seemed bothered despite having some snags in our purchase he was able to fix 'off the clock'. This is very rare these days, and i fully expected a "call me in the morning response". He did not even seemed phased, and promptly took care of our needs. I can get a loan anywhere, I can guarantee you I will seek out Steve wherever he is employed for my next loan
