I had a very bad experience with them. As many people mentioned, there are $2000 to $3000 non removable options already installed in a car and have to pay for those "options"you did not even requested. In the contract clearly shows these are "options" but you are still responsible to pay. I have purchased my cars with other dealers like Honda and Subaru in the past, but they did not have non removable options like Toyota. They also have very poor customer service and poor communications.Before signing my contract, I requested a sales rep person to check in with a specif bank for financing, and he gave me a APR rate said it was from the bank that I wanted financing. However, in my contract, there is a different company name written as financing. I cannot believe how shady they are. My husband called them multiple times to reach out to the financial manager, and the sales rep who answer the call put my husband on a hold forever. So I called the same number and probably the same guy answered my call and told me the financial manager was not in the office. I also called them other times and left massage, but no return calls, or went to auto voice message. I thought Toyota is a big company with a decent service but not. They lie and they do shady stuff. I would tell all my friends not to buy cars from them. DONT TRUST THEM. GO TO OTHER DEALERS TO SHOP!!!!
