We are very disappointed with how the staff treated us during our visit in this store. We visited this store last December 23, 2020. They have instructed us to come back the next day and be early for they have a first come first serve basis. So we did come back early at around 11am since they open at 10am. They then dropped off unto us that they will only be open until 5pm that day and will only cater to 3 dogs. Why were we not informed ahead when we clearly asked what to do for us to be catered the day before we came back? So we went on to the other pet salon near them and was catered EXCELLENTLY even if they had MORE THAN 3 DOGS ALREADY AT HAND, ALSO GOING TO CLOSE AT 5 to 6PM and HAD WAY MORE DOGS IN CAGES THAT WERE WAITING FOR THEIR TURN TOO. Later that day, we saw that they were still accepting BIG DOGS and groomed them until the last minute and closed at around 5pm. Just wow. Is it now okay to decline small dogs for grooming? Or even cater to new clients because you prioritize your regular clients? If so, THE STAFF COULD HAVE JUST INFORMED US because we would have understood. Nevertheless, I hope this does not happen again.
