A colleague of mine referred me to Jen Lind at Boly:Welch when my contract was about to end about two years ago. I didn't have any luck at that time with them and found a job on my own but still kept in touch. Fast forward 1.5 years later, I'm on the job hunt again and reached out to Jen.
