Well my returns have been handled, customer satisfaction team reached out and was very kind and understanding. They comprehended my issues and attempted to resolve everything right there. Sucks it took a bad review but it s not all the employees just a few with true motivation(original post) >They re nice and helpful at first but terrible at returning calls, extremely unpunctual with your returns and they seem to have ripped me off for 300 for a simple tax return of 2017 so I could file this previous years . I received an email guessing when I d receive my return after a month of payment. The process was delayed due to me having to give my information several times as it seems no one was actually documenting my emails or calls where I had given said information. I have to basically harass the employees it seems to get anything done. I feel like I ve been scammed DON T FALL FOR THE KIND TONE AND FAKE NEGOTIATION SKILLS THEY READ FROM THEIR PACKETS. Once payment is received and they ve secured their money they blow you off. I emailed my agent in regards to info needed to file my taxes for this year and nothing. Left a voicemail and nothing. 2 days since I ve emailed and a week after my last call and I can t even get in touch with your team which so highly guaranteed how smooth and simple this d be but clearly that was a lie.
