First visit with older Sequoia model. Ryan was service adviser and super professional and communicative. Even took me back into service area to show me structural mechanical need on SUV. He then surprisingly advised this was something to watch but didn t have to be taken care of today I appreciated the preventative maintenance and relationship approach. Well done!
