Very busy ER on April 10, 2018
6 hours of waiting with first triage (be sure to bring list of health complaints ) Triage gives you about one minute to express illness. Then to the waiting room again for a couple hours followed by blood drawn, one blown vein and 2 more pokes before an IV needle was taped on followed by another 2 hour wait in waiting room.
Finally in ER room with a half compassionate nurse.
The PA was rude and vocalized with argumentation!
He goes out and returns with Doctor Ellis who is sick and coughing with NO mask! No infection control!!!
We are told our issues weren t serious enough for the ER.
After my sons IV needle is removed and his release papers are signed. Leaving, We notice 20 people all sitting in the ER waiting room with IV needles in their arms. One elderly woman seeping!
Release papers list medical symptoms to seek ER treatment immediately and they are exactly the ones my son went in with!!!
And now my son has the flu from the doctor!
