I usually compare prices at a few pawn shops in town before I sell anything. This place is always the lowest, finally I just stopped. I don t even bother going here anymore

I liked the location and professional set-up of the place. Staff was really friendly and approachable. It could be because they don't specialize in the item I brought in (an acoustic guitar), but I checked with three pawn shops including them on selling my it, and they literally offered half what the other two pawn shops did on the same day. In the end, I'm glad I shopped around.

Great experience!! Would definitely come back and recommend. Great selection of firearms and jewelry amongst other things. Purchased the hand gun I have been searching for. Very happy!

I pawned a firearm there and they acted like it was a simple process top but it back, however it was not simple at all. I have pawned firearms before at fastway pawn in bowling green Kentucky and the service there was exceptional. The pawn company got a $500 pistol from me for $200 and when I came in to buy it back they came up with every excuse in the book why they couldn't release it. It took me a week of jumping through the hoops just to get my gun returned to me. It seemed like they were trying to make more of a profit off of it but selling itthen they would have by just returning it to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!

Very professional, nice , and honest people to work with. Item was shipped right away. Saw item on auction site. Pics did not do this item justice. Item was 100 percent more beautiful than what was shown. I will gladly do business with this company again. Very very trustworthy. Thank you craig and the lady that I communicated with. Im one very satisfied customer.

They don't even deserve one star. This place is a rip off. Would not recommend pawning at all here. They with hold information from you that should be made really clear when pawninh.

Must have talked to a guy with panties in a wad....had a 200 dollar pair of Oakleys, I paid 230, he offered 20 bucks...that's not what bugged me tho...he said he could get the same on eBay four 40 bucks...I looked on eBay, straight up lie. Other employees may be honest but y'all dark headed guy is not.

This place is a JOKE... there CRAZY. I looked at a Dewalt 20V cycle saw 6.5 inch, New price is under $100. They was asking $250. A Glock 19x9 there price was $750.... you do the math and shop around..

Dropped by The Pawn Shop in Bowling Green to check out the inventory and store. We were very impressed with the operation and layout of the store. Encourage you to drop by and check it out whenever you can. Never know what special items you may find. Management is very friendly and helpful!

Has gone down hill with the new manager and are beginning to cut rates, as well as underprice things (more so than normal.) Try another pawn shop before this one. This used to be a 4 star review, fyi.

Everyone on staff is professional and pleasant. I have used a couple pawn shops in town and pawn company definitely gives top dollar for your stuff.

I love this place. I have bought several items there from jewelry to Playstation 4. I have been happy with all my purchases. The jewelry there us awesome and priced to sell. I never had much before they came to town and them I bought several pieces. The layaway is great and when I was in the hospital they even took my payment over the phone. Even moving away a couple of months ago I would drive back there if there was something I was looking for just because I trust them that much. The staff is great and friendly. They remember you every time you drop by. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. I can't say enough good things about The Pawn Company... You need to go visit and shop.

Both items I bought here were junk. Set of tools that would not charge up. Wasted $60 there. Got a laptop that is always screwing up. Wasted another $120 there. Never buy from this place again. If you see the yellow roof, Run. Don't go there.

The laptop reset itself three times already. Every time I installed something, it would factory reset itself and wasted my time.First mistake was purchasing an HP. Second mistake was Windows 8. Both are junk. 3rd mistake was where I bought it. I don't make mistakes after three.

My boyfriend and I love your Pawn Shop and you all take care of your customers really well. Jerry does great at cleaning my ring also.

My first experience at The Pawn Company was an unforgettable one, due to the superior customer service I received. The next time I was able to visit The Pawn Company I received the same superior customer service and noticed how clean and reasonably priced everything was. The best part of my visit was when I found something there that was not in my budget and they informed me of their interest free layaway. I don t usually recommend places to people, but this is defiantly a company I recommend!! You should defiantly check it out for yourself!!

Rated 3/5 due to one employee with a terrible attitude.

I ended up pawning a firearm, and coming back into the the store a week later to pick it up. The "problem" arose when I walked in around 15 minutes before closing time.

The blonde female at the cash register gave the worst customer service that I had ever seen when I gave her my ticket to pick up my gun. She then tried to refuse my payment by telling me that the entirety of it had to be in cash, including the interest for the pawn, until I corrected her. She begrudgingly processed my payment while slapping my credit card, pen, and paperwork on the counter. The second she provided my receipt, she plopped back down in her chair and didn't bother to say anything like "thank you" or "have a nice day", like some people who care about customer service would.

I then had to explain to the employee who managed the firearm section of the store that this cashier wrote "no box" on my ticket in error (even though the original ticket clearly stated "with box" in the description).

Every other employee at The Pawn Company that I had seen and dealt with were kind, respectful people.

Excellent prices and value on firearms and sales people very knowledgable and helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly.

Staff were friendly, though I came here to pawn my Amazon Tap. There was a gentlemen helping me at first, then a woman came up behind him. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her that I'd like $50 for the pawn. She said she couldn't give me that because a brand new one sold on amazon for $58, and only offered $20. I'm unsure if they were looking at their own account or the actual website. I had already checked the Amazon website and knew that a brand new tap wouldn't sell that low. I'm unsure if they are low balling just to get a profit ob their end. I took it to another pawn shop and received $50. I looked around while I was there, the tvs were overpriced. Almost $230 for a 32in, you could get at walmart brand new for $150. It's best to just stick with the mom and pop pawn shops.

Unprofessional to say the very least. I went into the pawn company today with alot of professional 3 gun gear. FNX-45 tactical, venom 6moa red dot, and Griffin cobra 3 gun rig. Total value of the equipment when i bought it over $1900.00. I was expecting an offer of 8 or 9 hundred for everything. That would allow a modest mark up for "The Pawn Company". They offered me $350.00............ As I was leaving the owner decided to let me know how much it offended her that I said her offer was ridiculously low. So after multiple attempts to change the subject that had turned very hostile in front of All the customers watching, and continue my talk with the very nice and helpful cashier she proceeded to tell me I can take my stuff and leave her store and then try to shake my hand? Lady you need to learn the value of customer service. I know for sure that when any of my friends need something to be sold/pawn/buy that they will no visit this trashy low rent business. I love coming here. They always have something new and exciting to buy. The staff is always friendly and greets me as I come in. The girls in the cash room always seem happy and ready to help.

I love this place!! I go shopping for my kids' birthdays and for holidays too! I even go to get me jewelry cuz they have great prices on everything or they will give you a great price on anything that you pawn!!!

Clearly they think everyone is an idiot. They just made me an offer for $5,000 on my silver on Ebay, it's worth $8,000 melt value which is way down right now at $16/oz. Can you say scammers?

Stopped in to browse their selection of items, and the prices are friggin outrageous. You can purchase most of these items new for just a few dollars above their asking prices.
What a waste of time coming here trying to scope out a deal...

First walked in and no one helped me. I had to stand there and I decided to ask because the guy ignored me. I have a brand new iPod nano never used and a computer surround sound. He said he could give me less than $5 for the computer set which it's worth way more than that. Then for the brand new iPod never used $15. He said he wouldn't take the computer set and the iPod he would care for because nobody wants them anymore. He was kind of a smart ass and didn't really care about customer service. I work in retail and know customer service is everything. He could have politely said no but just brushed me off. I wanted to sell not pawn. Hopefully this review helps you. I also just glanced at their TV s and they were totally over priced. You'd have better luck going to best buy or an actual store to buy a brand new one. Also the guy I talked to works at Ashcroft and oak in the mall. He's rude.

The Pawn Company is great on all levels, inventory, customer service, loan offers, freebies/drawings (and yes real customers win, I know), store appearance, selection, knowledge, friendliness just to name a few. I've done business with them several times and several more to come. PS there firearms selection/prices is second to none. Thanks guys keep it up.

I love this place. I have bought several items there from jewelry to Electronics, I have been happy with all my purchases. The jewelry there is awesome and priced to sell. They were very nice and helpful with their knowledge on their products.

They are good people. But you will never get fair prices.

Andy and the owner and all the staff very profesional just want to say that i had a minor adding mistake on my Bill no big deal then all of a sudden the owner came over and took about 75.00 off my bill Freaking Awesome!! Horrible service and employees. I took a Coach wallet, with the $250 tag on it. The lady offered me $25 for it!! Then! When i didnt except but then needed the money and went back anyways, she told me she said she could only do $15. Just absolutely dirty, greedy people and i will NEVER do business there again and ill make sure everyone in Bowling green and all surrounding counties know this as well (:

Everyone else at the pawn company were wonderful. Guys with guns on their sides in the gun department was just a little too rude. They had never seen me before but acted like I was a criminal. I would NEVER go there again. U want guns from nice people and not deep south folk with alpha male attitudes against FREE people? Check a gun show.. People who assume about you with limited information aren't worth your money. That is DHS JUNK attitudes.

Why is this called The Pawn Company? The guns I inquired about were new, all but one. They could even order what I wanted, "New," that is. O.o Really? I went in to find a good deal on a used gun and came out wondering why I went to the New Retail , "The Pawn Company," store.

I have gotten games, gifts, and plenty of other random things there. Its nice to stop in from time to time.

Purchased a guitar last week and haven't had any problems. Seems almost new, but the price was half of retail and less than ebay when you consider shipping. Seemed very friendly and the whole place was very clean.
