Went here for service recently. We usually take our Scion FR-S into this dealership for any service or oil changes. After this last interaction, it is safe to say I am done with this place. I would say about 20% of the people are nice when interacting. Shout out to Rome who is always Pleasant. It's also pretty difficult to get an appointment less than a week out for anything. But then we found out they put 4.5 quarts of oil in our car after the last oil change when it was supposed to be 5.9. Could have really messed up our engine! When they realized they made this mistake, they apologized but that was it . Didn't seem to be very sorry at all honestly and kind of acted like it wasn't that important of a mistake. Also, it was quite annoying to be pounced on by salesmen upon walking into the waiting area. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
