The room and hotel itself was ok, I would say average but I did not get a chance to go exploring. However, the restaurant service was TERRIBLE. We waited to be acknowledged for quite some time, and still had to go to the bar for many things. The server left off the clock and didn't bother to inform us, so we waited on our bill for quite some time before asking the bar for it, at which time we were informed our server had left. We did not receive a discount, and the beer I asked for at the same time as my bill was still charged to me. I have been in the service industry, and this is not an acceptable way to handle that situation.
