I was in a room at 4th Floor, Over all room was good but Bed Mattress was pathetic. It was pressed from pillow side making my legs higher than upper body making it uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep at night. The shower drainage system was not working and I had to use my hands to lift up to drainage cap, same issue was faced by my Managing Director and also he received the iron which wasn't working and also it was damaged.
