Still 5 star no longer 5.5 star. Very loud music from ballroom functions with no concern for house guests.
After a call to management they offered a room change and had music adjusted, what more could you ask.
Had a room service dinner last night, good quality food but both main meals very salty.
Been coming here for around 25 years and it is still the best.
