If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sent a payment via check for my yearly premium. I called as it had not yet cleared. Agent said, let me check...after being on hold, I was told that they could not locate my check. The Agent Nina said make the ACH payment with her and my check would be mailed back. It wasn't, it was cashed the same day as the ACH debit to my account.
Back and forth with six telephone, they agreed to send me a check, s first I was told I would need to wait a week for my money to be returned! Totally unacceptable, after four more calls, Elizabeth said her supervisor, who never would answer her line, Gina "approved" a check to be sent to me via Fed-Ex.
Check arrived this morning - unsigned! What a mess this place is! Stay away, I'm going to cancel my policy and go with another company.
