Had a sudden issue, called Jim Carpenter and he got me in as soon as I could get there. Very straight forward, handled the situation quickly and I was on my way. Jim has taken care of all my cars for a several years now. He provides a comfort level of trust and fairness with a personal touch. I am very particular with my vehicles and Jim knows this. With cars, especially at the dealerships these days, it's all about doing the right thing, Jim is all about doing the right thing for me, and I am sure he does the same for all his clients. Well done!
