I had SMILE surgery with Mr Carp in August and couldn't be happier with the results. The whole experience from initial consultation and ophthalmic examinations to surgery and follow-up appointments has been excellent. Everything was explained clearly by friendly and professional staff, and I felt comfortable at all times with what was happening. I was particularly impressed to receive a call from the nurse and a text from Mr Carp following the surgery to check in on me - it was reassuring to know someone was always there for questions.
