ITS BEEN OVER 21 DAYS SINCE I'VE MOVED OUT. NO SECURITY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN SENT TO ME. THIS IS DIRECT VIOLATION OF CALIFORNIA STATE LAW.

This place sucks. Property management has ZERO control of the complex. People park as they please, and they only confront people they wish to confront. There might as well be ZERO rules in force as they only want to enforce them when at random times and directed only towards certain people. How many times have i seen someone illegally park DURING THE DAY when property mgmt is still there? At least every day.

When I moved into the unit, we did a walk through and I pointed out what was wrong with the unit. Nothing got fixed for 1 year. I mentioned it several times to the property manager, mentioning we dont have screen's on our windows, and other damages to the unit that were NEVER fixed.

This place sucks. For the amount of money, its not worth it. Tons of children running around yelling screaming making a mess. These kids began to vandalize my car towards the end of my stay. Property mgmt doesn't give a damn. Very poorly run and poorly managed. I've been renting for 10 years now and this is the WORST place i have ever stayed in. WORST. Management doesn't do anyhting about the kids who write on walls, throw their basketballs against the cars, leave their scooters in the parking lot (which I've ran over and it caused paint damage to my car) and the countless of other things kids do.

If your looking for a new place in La Crescenta, dont go here. Its not a luxury apartment at all my unit had carpet!!! The bathrooms are old (tile has been painted over it was blue previously) lament flooring in the kitchen. The units are made to look like they can "pass" for luxury apartments but in reality their pieces of junk.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone with how poorly managed and run this complex is. Employees park wherever the hell they want. None of the rules apply to the employees of this place as they are allowed to park in the red spots, vacant spots, other peoples spots. I've arrived to my home with some random employee parked in my spot.

I must advise all to not go here. Tons of other apartments in the montrose la crescenta area.

EDIT: Carlos the property on-site manager does as best as he can with what upper management gives him.
